The blog titles won't be that interesting... starting at Day One and recording my journey. I want to get in shape to look better, feel better, and be an example for my children. I promise this will be an honest account, sometimes raw and emtional, of my journey to lose weight. Regardless, I appreciate anyone and everyone who is joining me on this journey.
Day One: 16 minutes of exercise (it's all I could muster) and 120 calories burnt. Eating habits weren't great today - but I plan to begin a juice diet starting on Day 2. The next 30 days will be intense but the end result... will be well worth it. (For those of you who are curious, this juice diet has been approved by my doctor both for my weight loss journey and my health issues - there is healing power in juicing.)
